This standing room only event was hosted by the widely entertaining celebrity caterer, TV personality and quintessential New Yorker, Mary Giuliani, and included special guest personalities from the entertainment and culinary world; Rachel Ray, Dana Cowin, Auzerais Bellamy, and Adam Platt.
This special fundraiser event, for City Harvest and the James Beard Foundation, culminated with Josh Victor Rothstein sharing his story about why and how he, and his partner Blake Swerdloff, created the collaborative digital art NFT project, the Dinner Roll Dance, aimed at raising funds for independent restaurants and combating food insecurity.
